Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Mariana, the CEO and Co-Founder of Beyouaba and Beyou Foundation. As a mom of two kids on the autism spectrum, I felt a profound urge to support others through a human-centered ABA practice.
At Beyou, we're on a mission to spread the wonders of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) worldwide. As an advocate of Positive Behavior Support (PBS), I'm dedicated to fostering a culture of positivity and empowerment. Together with the Beyou Foundation team, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and beyond, by embracing a human-centered approach to ABA practice.

I am Eston, a devoted husband, father, and advocate for neurodiversity. Becoming a father to two wonderful children on the autism spectrum opened up a journey of self-discovery for me. Through love, compassion, and continuous learning, I've been able to support them in navigating their unique paths.
Together with my wife, Mariana, we're committed to ensuring that the wonders of ABA are accessible to all who can benefit from its transformative effects. I am Halisson, the CEO of Brazilian Operations at Beyou. With over 20 years of extensive experience in learning and development, coupled with over 7 years in the hospital sector, I bring a wealth of expertise to our mission. My deep connection with Beyou Foundation’s mission drives my commitment to bring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice and knowledge to Brazil. I am dedicated to expanding our reach and impact, ensuring that individuals in Brazil have access to the transformative benefits of ABA therapy.
